By downloading and installing fonts from Fascination Workshop, you agree that:

What you can do is:
1) Install the font at one location on up to seven devices.
2) Embed the font on a web page, pdf, software, flash file or other mediums providing that reasonable care is taken to prevent the font from being stolen or used by anyone other than the licensee of the font.
2) Use the font in videos, films, advertisements, posters, CDs, communications, etc.
3) Make a reasonable number of backups only to be used by the licensee of the font.

What you can NOT do is:
1) Loan, sell or give away the font
2) License the font or function as a licensor (even if no compensation whatsoever is exchanged) or distribute the font for the purpose of independent use by third parties. The Licensee is agreeing to use the font in creative works, not to be redistributed in a way that subverts the intent of the license.
3) Make any creation (poster, t-shirt, greeting card, software, etc.) with a run of over 100,000 copies without paying for an extended license. If you are interested, please contact us so we can discuss the exact terms and pricing.

This NOT a warranty, in any way, of the salability, purpose or use of this product. Fascination Workshop will not be liable to the user for any damages whatsoever from the use or inability to use this product, regardless of claims, prior or otherwise. Fascination Workshop’s liability is limited to the cost of the font software. If Fascination Workshop is sued as a result of the Licensee’s use of the font pursuant to the license, you agree to indemnify and hold Fascination Workshop harmless (in non-legalese, this means you are required to pay for the cost of Fascination Workshop’s defense and any damages obtained against Fascination Workshop should legal action be taken).
